Having completed a doctorate on this topic, I draw on cutting edge academic research, share real examples and stories from founders, VCs, and NEDs (with permission), and deconstruct my own experience as a VC investor on boards of startups.

I am on a mission to promote a wider conversation about venture boards, and the important role they play in the development of founders as well as companies capable of redefining industries and transforming businesses communities everywhere.
